If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, or if SKYTECH Cyber Cloud has reasonable grounds to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or not in line with the User Agreement, SKYTECH Cyber Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership indefinitely and deny you access to the Site. Unless additional terms and conditions specific to a product are provided, these terms and conditions override all prior representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail even if there’s any discrepancy with terms of any order submitted. By utilizing the services of SKYTECH Cyber Cloud, you consent to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation by SKYTECH Cyber Cloud

Be aware that there might be particular orders that we cannot fulfill and must cancel. We retain the exclusive right, at our discretion, to reject or cancel any order for any reason. Instances that may lead to the cancellation of your order include, but are not limited to, limitations on available quantities, discrepancies or errors in product or pricing details, or concerns flagged by our credit and fraud prevention unit. We may seek further verification or details before finalizing any order. We will inform you if your order is wholly or partially cancelled or if we need more information for your order. If your order is cancelled post charging your credit/debit card, the exact amount will be reverted to your Card Account. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Cancellations by the Customer

Should we get a cancellation request and if the order hasn’t been processed or approved by us, we will cancel the order and reimburse the complete amount. Orders already processed and dispatched by us cannot be cancelled. SKYTECH Cyber Cloud holds the exclusive right to determine if an order has been processed. Customers concur not to challenge SKYTECH Cyber Cloud’s decision on cancellations and accept our final decision regarding the matter.

Third Party Vendor (Re-sellers / Distributors / Supplier / Trader) Products

Alongside the general terms and conditions, these supplementary conditions are applicable when you purchase products not manufactured by SKYTECH Cyber Cloud. Specifically, these added terms apply when you buy products offered on SKYTECH Cyber Cloud by third-party vendors.
