7-Day Return Guarantee

At SKYTECH Cyber Cloud, our goal is to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. We’re pleased to offer a 7-day return policy for most of our products, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The product must remain unopened and in its original packaging and condition. If these conditions are met, the customer will bear any delivery and pick-up charges.
  2. Accept return for defective products only.
  3. For opened products, customers are advised to reach out to the brand’s warranty and after-sales service.
  4. We can’t offer refunds or exchanges for products that aren’t returned in their original state.
  5. Any defective products should be reported to us within 3 working days of the purchase date. After this period, we may not entertain return requests for defective items.
  6. Items deemed defective will undergo an assessment by our technical team. If the defect is confirmed, we’ll consider the item for either a refund or replacement.
  7. Refunds typically process within 4 to 5 business days, although this may vary based on your bank’s policies.
  8. For purchases made via credit card, refunds will be credited to the original card used for the transaction.
  9. If you receive a non-functional or faulty item due to manufacturing defects, you can request a return. We’ll arrange a pickup and, once the defect is verified by the seller, initiate a refund. The refund method will mirror your original payment method, whether it was a credit/debit card or cash.

7-Day Return Assurance

At SKYTECH Cyber Cloud, we prioritize your satisfaction. Should you decide to return an item, you’re granted a seven (7) day period from receipt to do so, provided the item remains in its received condition and retains its original packaging.

We recognize that decisions can change. If you’ve made an online purchase but haven’t received your item yet, you have the option to cancel your order. For transactions made electronically (via Credit, Debit, or other payment cards), refunds will be initiated. However, due to varying policies of card issuers, there might be a delay before the refunded amount appears on your statement.

Upon return, items will be inspected to ensure they retain their sellable condition. Once confirmed, a refund will be processed.

Note: Any bank fees associated with the refund process will be borne by the customer. Additionally, shipping fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Beyond the 7-Day Return Period:

If the item is still in your possession after seven (7) days from receipt, and you wish to return it without any functional issues, we can accommodate such requests depending on our partners’ and suppliers’ return policies. For custom-ordered items catered specifically to your needs, returns may not be possible. For regularly stocked items, a restocking fee of 20% of the product’s invoice value will apply, and the remainder will be refunded to you, whether you paid in cash or via credit/debit card.

Should you find that the item is not operational, SKYTECH Cyber Cloud will facilitate its return to our supplier or manufacturer. We are committed to either providing a replacement or ensuring the item is repaired to its optimal working condition.

Refunds

For Delivered Products: If you opt for a refund for products that have been delivered, the refund amount will exclude the charges incurred during original shipping and pickup, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

For Products Awaiting Delivery: If an order is canceled before it’s shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Online Payment Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, will strictly be returned via the original payment method.

Guarantees and Warranties at SKYTECH Cyber Cloud

Our platform partners with various suppliers, each offering their own warranty terms. It’s imperative to read through the specific offer notes or remarks for each product to gain clarity on its warranty. While SKYTECH Cyber Cloud aims to facilitate and ensure a smooth shopping experience, any grievances related to individual supplier products should be addressed as per the supplier’s terms.

Rest assured, the majority of the products available on SKYTECH Cyber Cloud are brand new and authentic. In cases where products are labeled as “Refurbished,” their warranty spans between 7 to 30 days based on the supplier’s commitment. For these refurbished items, SKYTECH Cyber Cloud acts as a facilitator and not the direct guarantor, but we always strive to provide our customers with the best service possible.

Payments

SKYTECH Cyber Cloud does NOT engage in transactions or offer services/products to any countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in line with UAE law. Be aware that multiple transactions might result in multiple entries on the cardholder’s monthly statement.
